Our T01 timer is a very popular item.

The momentary contact on this unit is triggered from either a N/O contact or a voltage source. It has a relay output option of either voltage or clean contacts (selected by cutting a link on the PCB). Operates on 12v AC or DC. It will give a timed output for a lock release, lights, sounder etc.

The time period is adjustable between 4 - 40 seconds.
